ENHANCING YOUR CURB APPEAL

How Businesses Can Make a Lasting First Impression

January 22, 2018

[FERNDALE] –Sullivan Renaissance will host a seminar on “Enhancing Your Curb Appeal” on Wednesday, February 7 at 6:00 p.m. at the CVI Center in Ferndale.  Using local examples, Assistant Director and community planner Helen Budrock will illustrate how simple façade improvements, sign upgrades and landscaping can dramatically improve the look of a business, and how small improvements can make a big difference.

“A company’s curb appeal goes a long way toward winning customers and growing revenue,” explained Budrock.  “It projects an image to potential customers and local residents making them more or less inclined to visit or otherwise support your business. With the casino opening soon, we only have one chance to make a first impression”

The seminar will also include an overview of grants, loans, and technical assistance available to businesses through Sullivan Renaissance, the Sullivan County Division of Planning, and the Sullivan County Industrial Development Agency.

Pre-registration is requested and refreshments will be served. To register, visit SullivanRenaissance.org or call the Sullivan Renaissance office at 845-295-2445.  Event details can also be found on the Sullivan Renaissance Facebook and Twitter pages.

Sullivan Renaissance is a beautification and community development program principally funded by the Gerry Foundation.
