REJUVENATE BY CELEBRATING SULLIVAN SPACES

Chair Yoga at the Main Street Stage, LaPolt Park in Liberty

June 27, 2018

[LIBERTY] – Sullivan Renaissance’s “Celebrating Sullivan Spaces” campaign promotes education and community engagement in public spaces maintained by volunteers.

On Wednesday, July 11th at 6:00 PM, join Sullivan Renaissance and Justine V. Sutherland, of Justine’s Just Breathe Yoga at the Main Street Stage in Liberty - LaPolt Park (119 North Main Street, Liberty, NY) for a free chair yoga seminar.

Justine will guide you to strengthen and stretch your body while developing a sense of ease in your mind. Sitting down all day doesn’t mean you can’t remain active from your seat. Practicing these poses and sequences at your desk will help you relieve tension, stretch out your kinks and refresh. All ages and abilities are welcome! Refreshments will be provided.

Justine is the founder of Justine’s Just Breathe Yoga in Parksville, NY. She is a Sivananda Yoga Teacher and a Martial Arts Instructor with a 2nd degree black belt. She holds a degree in Health Science and is a New York State licensed hiking guide. Justine understands that we are all unique, so she provides a nurturing presence for her students to explore their yoga practice, with light and fun!

Anyone interested in participating should RSVP for this program – seats are limited; contact Sullivan Renaissance at 845-295-2445 or visit SullivanRenaissance.org.

Sullivan Renaissance is a beautification and community development program principally funded by the Gerry Foundation with support from Bold Gold Media Group, The River Reporter, The Sullivan County Democrat, DVEight Magazine, and The Times Herald Record.  For information, contact 845-295-2445 or SullivanRenaissance.org/
